I invite you to submit your dog story. If your story is chosen for publication, it will be included in one of my future books as described below. Your story could easily fit into one of the four planned book.
Stories can range from 2 to 12 pages (12 point). Please include the following:
- 1-5 photos to accompany your story
- the breed of your dog(s)
- sex and age of your dog(s)
- how you met your dog(s)
- where the story takes place including the country (state or province, etc.)
- what stands out most in your memory about your dog
- what secret your dog revealed (whispered) to you about unconditional love
- if your experience with your dog has changed your life, describe this change
Please edit your story before submitting it, and write a paragraph telling me why you believe your story is unique/different. Also, please include one to three paragraphs telling me about yourself.
Expect to hear back from me within the month.
The Planned Future Books are:
1. DOG SECRETS as Whispered to the Children
These simple stories can be for the children, and some can be written by the children.
2. DOG SECRETS as Whispered to the Tender Heart
These stories will be stories of Love, Loyalty, and Courage.
3. DOG SECRETS as Whispered to Dog’s Best Friend
It is often said dogs are our best friend. We are also dog’s best friend. It is a 2-way street. Have fun
with your story.
4. DOG SECRETS as Whispered to the Unsuspecting Dog Owner
These stories can include humor and surprise.
5. OTHER
Share your dog story (make sure it does not fit into one of the above categories).
